Maya Levy is currently serving as the President of NFTY-Southwest, and served as the region’s Religious and Cultural Vice President last year. Maya is a member of Temple Emanu-El in Tucson, Arizona where she frequently leads services, tutors for B’nei Mitzvot, and sits on the Board of Directors. In her free time she plays tennis, paints, and bakes chocolate-chip banana bread for her friends.

Hi everyone! My name is Brandon Gabay and I am running to be your next Programming Vice President! I am a senior from NFTY-STR and am super excited to see everyone at NFTY Convention! I love musicals! You can talk to me about nearly any musical. I love to read and of course, program! I am currently enrolled in the IB program, which I have been a part of for the past four years.

Hannah Bender is from Keller, TX, currently serving her second term on TOR Board, this year as Programming VP. She’s a third-year NFTY cabinet member, a Kutz Camp alum, and is a bassoonist. When she isn’t missing school for NFTY, she can be found with her free-range rabbit, rewatching Blackfish, or referencing the Princess Diaries in an impactful way. The only thing Hannah feels more strongly about than the safety of orcinus orcas is the URJ.

Jessica Becker is from Fairfield, Connecticut and has a burning passion to pursue justice. As an alumna of URJ Kutz Camp’s Action and Advocacy Program and the Religious Action Center’s L’Taken Social Justice Seminar, she thoroughly understands how to take action with the Reform Movement’s platform in mind. Some fun facts about her are she can’t go a day without iced coffee and has two loving rescue cats named Bear and Peanut.

Barbara Taubes is a senior from Port Jervis, New York.  She is NFTY GER’s Social Action Vice President and an Urban Mitzvah Corps Alumna.  When not doing things for NFTY, she can be found doing different things for her high school such as running the Gay-Straight Alliance that she founded, planning prom, or working on her science Olympiad Competition.  She is also a fierce lover of sushi and unicorns.

Brandon Morantz is a bearded boy from Boca Raton, Florida. He loves to dance like nobody’s watching - but only when nobody’s watching. While spending time in NFTY-STR, in Israel, and at the URJ Kutz Camp, he found his spirit and motivation to make a global impact on Judaism. Outside of his Jewish involvement, he can be found blowing whistles as a soccer referee or managing the finances of his school’s DECA chapter.

Hello and Shalom! My name is Maxwell Fink and I'm a senior at Fairfield Warde High School in Fairfield, Connecticut (Roll ‘Stangs). A lifelong devotee to the 6x world champion New England Patriots and the New York Rangers, I’m always down to talk sports or whatever else may be on your mind.  Outside of NFTY you can catch me out on the track, songleading, or working at the beautiful URJ Eisner Camp.

Jake is a member of Temple of Israel in Greenville, South Carolina, and currently resides in New York City. Last year he served as NFTY-SAR’s Membership Vice President and he currently serves as NFTY-SAR’s Social Action Vice President and Camp Jenny Co-Director. He loves traveling and is a Marvel movie fanatic. He has spent nine summers in URJ camps: seven years at Camp Harlam and two years at the URJ Kutz Camp.

Hannah Maxick is a senior from Buffalo, New York and is currently serving as the Membership Vice President of her youth group, TBaZY. She also spent last summer at the URJ Kutz Camp as part of the NFTY Incubator immersive. When not at a NFTY event, you can find her taking pictures for her school’s yearbook committee, jamming to every High School Musical soundtrack, or binge watching Glee and The Office.
