    • NFTY North American Board’s Statement on Israel’s Nation-State Law

      on August 13, 2018
We can no longer stand idly by in the face of oppression. We call upon NFTY and the reform Jewish community to voice their critique of Israel, for the sake of true, critical Zionism, and to push Israel back into the sight of our vision for a democratic, pluralistic Jewish state.

    • NFTY’s Statement on the Fatal Shooting of Parkland Survivors’ Father

      on July 20, 2018
Again and again, we are reminded that all that gun violence does is take. It takes the sanctity and safety of our communities, it takes our peace of mind in the places that are meant to be sanctuaries, and it takes our loved ones-- our people.

    • An Open Letter from NFTY on Israel

      on June 15, 2018

      on April 2, 2018
Since 2001, April has been recognized as Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). This year, the Reform movement has asserted its position as a leader in sexual violence prevention work with the unanimous passing of NFTY’s Resolution Affirming Stance on Preventing Sexual Violence and the URJ’s Resolution on Student on Student Sexual Violence in Schools (co-sponsored by NFTY).
