NFTy Northeast Regional Board

Meet the 5783 NFTY Northeast Regional Board!

Rachel Goldstone - President

Hey! I’m Rachel Goldstone and I’m the President of NFTY Northeast! I live in Wayland, MA, and have been involved in NFTY since 8th grade. Through NFTY, I’ve found countless friendships and such an amazing community that I would not be the same without. I love playing soccer, making bracelets, doing word puzzles, and listening to music. I’m looking forward to this upcoming year and I’m so excited to see what it brings for us!

B O'Donnell- Liaison Vice President

Hi! My name is B O’Donnell and I am this years NFTY-NE Liaison Vice President!! I belong to Temple Shir Tikva in Wayland, MA and being involved in my youth group has been a big part of my life. Outside of being jewish (a full-time hobby), I enjoy playing sports, hanging out with friends, and listening to music. I am so excited to spend the next year with the NFTY-NE community and make so many lasting connections!

Simon Shoemaker - Programming Vice President

Hi! My name is Simon and I am a junior at Needham High School and I’m the Programming VP for 5783-5784! This is my second year as a NFTYite and I couldn’t be happier to spend that time on regional board. In my free time I play guitar, ski, teach martial arts, and listen to music.

Asher Navisky - Religious and Cultural Vice President

Hi! My name is Asher Navisky, and I am the Religious and Cultural Vice President. I love music and theater and have been singing and playing guitar/piano for almost my entire life. Judaism is a huge part of who I am, through camp, temple, and NFTY. I have met some of my best friends through NFTY and I’m so excited to give back to the community during the upcoming year!

Brandon Popper - Social Action Vice President

Hi, I’m Brandon Popper and I am the NFTY NE Social Action Vice President. I am from Medfield, MA. My passions include playing and talking sports, photography, community service and listening to music. Being Jewish has played a pivotal role in my life. I can be myself when I am with the NFTY community. I am looking forward to this upcoming year!

CP Pototsky - Membership and Financial Vice President

Hello! I’m CP and I am the 5784 Membership and Financial Vice President. Although most most my time is consumed by school, I enjoy filling my free time by creating meaningful music, advocating for environmental sustainability (pursuing tikkun olam!), and, of course, spending time with my Jewish friends. At NFTY, I can do all of these things (and so much more) all at once. For this, I know this year is going to be an incredible one full of songs, learning, and building an even stronger Jewish community!

Maya Hill- Communications Vice President

Hi! My name is Maya Hill and I am the NFTY Northeast Communications Vice President! In my free time, I enjoy drawing, spending time with friends and family, making friendship bracelets and listening to music. NFTY has become a place that feel I can truly be myself in and I’m so excited to be able to contribute to this amazing community!

Alli Fransblow-NFTY Representative

Hello!! My name is Alli Fransblow. I am from Needham, Massachusetts, and I am the NFTY representative for the NFTY-NE region! I am passionate about scuba diving, sailing, playing the guitar, and my involvement in my temple youth and in NFTY! NFTY is a second family for me, and I am so excited for this upcoming year!
