Together, we pursue tikkun olam, personal growth, youth empowerment, and deep connections, all rooted in Reform Judaism. NFTY’s Southern Area Region includes South Carolina; Georgia; Charlotte, NC; Chattanooga, TN; Montgomery, AL; Jacksonville, FL; and Tallahassee, FL.

Teens will have the opportunity to spend the weekend with old and new friends while they engage in exciting programming inspired by their passions. When you register to attend, you will have the opportunity to select which track you want to be a part of. You can choose from Outdoor Adventure, Creative Arts, Music, and Sports. We are excited to bring in different guests and experts to facilitate meaningful programming based around what YOU are interested in! This will be an event like no other, and we hope to see you there!
This event is open to any Jewish 8th-12th Grader.
Cost: The early bird fee is only $274 through March 20, after which the regular tuition is $299.
Scholarship: Financial reasons should never be a barrier for teens to be able to attend and participate in URJ Camps & Immersive programs. Check with your congregation to see what scholarship funds are available and if additional funds are needed please email Sarah Cotler at scotler@urj.org.
Transportation: The event begins on Friday, April 21 at 5:00pm and concludes Sunday, April 23 at 11:00am.
There are two options for your transportation when you register for the event. Choose the one that matches your method of travel:
- Arriving Via Car or with a synagogue sponsored transportation option
- Atlanta bus (Temple Beth Tikvah, Roswell, GA)
- Will leave TBT (Roswell, GA) at 3:30pm on April 21 and will return to TBT at 12:30pm on April 23.
- Cost: $50
Please be in touch with your home congregation if you are not riding the Atlanta bus about possible transportation plans from congregations to Camp Coleman. Transportation is NOT included in the registration fee.
Meals: All meals will meet dietary needs as much as possible including gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian. Please be sure to indicate your teen’s most up to date dietary needs in their registration.
COVID: Based on our current planning, vaccines and pre-travel rapid testing will be required. Mask wearing will be optional. Click here for the current COVID Protocols and FAQ for URJ short-term programs.
