Welcome to NFTY MAR!

NFTY’s Mid Atlantic Region (NFTY-MAR) includes North Carolina (excluding Charlotte), eastern West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. We work in partnership with Union for Reform Judaism affiliated congregations to provide meaningful Jewish experiences for middle and high school students.

Cost includs: Latke dinner, event admission, breakfast, event merch, and more.

Late arrival/early dismissal is allowed with the approval/notification of Hannah Demick, the RALFTY Advisor. Please email her if you have questions.

Open to all Jewish teens in grades 8-12.

Our biggest event of the year NFTY-MAR Winter Kallah is coming up January 12-15th, 2024!
Registration is OPEN and moves to ‘if space available’ on January 3rd.

Winter Kallah is a three night event open to any Jewish 8-12th graders from NC, VA, DC, and MD! Bus transportation is provided by NFTY for this weekend-long retreat. The retreat is held at the Airfield Conference Center in Wakefield, Virginia. It is a weekend full of new friends, grade-war competitions, teen-led Shabbat services, all teen-led programs, social action activities, leadership development, and so much more. We expect 100+ teens this year, and hope that you will be one of them!
